
Nikki worked with me to set up a program of muscular and aerobic strength building that has seen me through many miles and time zones. I can’t overemphasize how important it is for musicians to keep themselves in peak physical condition. We are prone to repetitive stress injuries, as well as the psychological repercussions of overall bodily stress and exhaustion. The discipline of physical training has not only improved my stamina, but has also improved my mental toughness, increasing my ability to handle all the problems one encounters in dealing with life on stage and on the road.
